PEACH BLACK TEA
Origin Place: Lam ha, Lam Dong, Vietnam.
Harvest Time: Summer , 2017
Plucking Standard : One bud with two leaves or three leaves.
Appearance: tightly twisted into small particles, in dark color, glossy.
Liquid: clean, bright and red.
Flavor: a aroma of perfectly ripe peaches.
Taste : smooth and soft, clear, and lingering of sweet aftertaste. The tea is best for 5-6 infusions. In the hot summer, a cup of iced peach black tea is also a nice choice.
The tea is made from Jin xuan tea tree, with the support of varieties and technology from Taiwanese which is cultivated in between 1,000 to 1,100 meters height, covered with clouds and mist all year around, nice and cool weather in four seasons, with wonderful fresh air. This is the reason that High Mountain tea is more excellent than low altitude tea. What’s more, this brings more opportunities for tea lovers to try different flavors.
Because of its shaping, it is quite convenient for packaging and transporting. This high quality tea does not contain tea dusts, provide excellent taste and flavors.
CHARACTERISTIC & GEOGRAPHICAL POSITION OF THE TEA GARDEN
This tea garden is cultivated in the western plateau, at the end of Truong Son Mountains too, close to the primitive forest. It belongs to a low developed area of land therefore little polluted. The soil layer is thick, suitable for the growth of all kinds of plants. The garden is in between 1,000 to 1,100 meters height compared with the sea level, covered with clouds and mist all the year round, nice and cool weather in four seasons, with wonderful fresh air. This is why we choose the garden as the noticeable symbol of our tea products.
