Black tea  From Lam Dong province

Harvest Time:  Winter, 2016

This Black tea can be called Oolong black tea or Honey black tea because of its sweetness taste of honey, and it all come naturally within. The tea is hand-plucked and made from very fresh Jinxuan tea leaves which is cultivated in Dalat plateau of Vietnam between 1,000 to 1,100 meters above sea level, where covred by clouds and mist all year round, also nice and cool weather in four seasons, with wonderful fresh air.

Dried Leaf :A rolled tea leaf that has a toasted aroma. Ball-shaped  similar to oolong tea.

Water body : A bright liquid with a dark amber color.

In short,  sweet, smooth, fragrant...  incredibly balanced profile that is universally appealing. Recommended as a daily drink. It can be adapted to all seasons; it makes a smooth and mild brew in the winter, also a completely refreshing iced tea for the summer.

The production of this tea, especially high quality Jin Xuan  like Dong Son's, is particularly labor cost and time consuming, due to the product being made primarily from the youngest tea buds!  It takes 4 days to finish a batch of  production.  it is very precious and hard to get and of course well worth your time.

Because of  its shaping, it is quite convenient for packaging and transporting. This high quality tea does not contain tea dusts, provide excellent taste and flavors.

How to make Jin Xuan  black  tea

This tea should brewed in water around 95 ºC for less than 2-3 minutes.  A longer time will give the tea more wonderful taste. It can be reinfused for 5 even to 6 times.

History

Jin Xuan is a special variety of Camellia Sinesis (tea plant) developed from a research institute at the Taiwan Tea Agricultural Research Center.  This tea plant is known for producing oolong with a unique spring floral fragrance and a pure milk undertone, which makes it exceptionally unique. we take a quality High Mountain Oolong cultivar, and ferment it with a special process other than the traditional one. In the end, we have to roast it until sweetness taste of honey overflowed.
